How do I set up a customer account?

Click the subscribe link at the top right of the menu enter your details. I don't like spammy messages so you will receive one automatic e-mail confirmation and you are set until I send my news letter.

Can I reserve an item or pay in instalments?

I can hold pieces for a short while, so if you'd like to reserve a painting please contact me for details. You can also choose to pay for more expensive pieces in weekly or monthly instalments if you wish.

How soon will you send my order?

 I ship in the next 3 business days. You will receive a notification when your package is on its way.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order (damaged in transit, missing parcel etc.) please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or replacement. I package all orders very carefully to ensure that they arrive safely and in perfect condition, and I've sent thousands of packages over the past few years with just one or two incidents of damaged or lost items, so I hope that this eases any concerns you may have.
 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship everything with great care directly from my home studio in Florida USA.

 

International orders that require customs forms or extra shipping charges are handled directly  with you by email.
