How do I set up a customer account?
During previous shop updates, some of the paintings have sold very quickly. I have now upgraded my online shop so that you can create a customer account if you wish. This stores your details safely and securely, meaning that the checkout process is much faster. With a customer account, you can also view previous orders (from the creation of the account onwards).
If you’re interested in creating an account, please follow the simple instructions below:
Go to natashanewton.com, click on the ‘Menu’ and scroll down to the ‘Sign in’ option if you’re using a mobile device; for laptops and desktops you will see ‘Sign in’ at the top of your screen underneath the logo.
A box will appear. Click on ‘Create account’ at the bottom.
Enter your email address and create a password. Then add your details to the various sections; ‘Address’, ‘Payment’ etc.
You will receive an email confirmation of your account. The next time you visit my website, you can sign in via the ‘Sign in’ option on the ‘Menu’ (it may also appear as ‘My account’).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship everything with great care directly from my studio in the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
When you order anything from my shop, worldwide shipping is included in the price of the item. This means that wherever my customers are located, they all pay the same price. Any duty, taxes, or additional fees incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
How soon will you send my order?
Please see the main shop page or the announcement bar at the top of the screen for my next shipping date. You will receive a notification when your package is on its way.
What do I do if my item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order (damaged in transit, missing parcel etc.) please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or replacement. I package all orders very carefully to ensure that they arrive safely and in perfect condition, and I've sent thousands of packages over the past few years with just one or two incidents of damaged or lost items, so I hope that this eases any concerns you may have.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Not at the moment, sorry. Please check back as this may change in the future.
Can I commission you to create some art especially for me?
I accept a limited number of commissions each year. More information can be found here.
Can I reserve an item or pay in instalments?
I can hold pieces for a short while, so if you'd like to reserve a painting please contact me for details. You can also choose to pay for more expensive pieces in weekly or monthly instalments if you wish.
Where can I find out about new work and products?
Please sign up to my mailing list if you’d like to be among the first to be notified of upcoming collections of work. I also post new artwork on my Instagram account.
Where do you buy your art supplies?
I buy most of my materials from Jackson’s Art Supplies. If you click on the link to go to their shop, I’ll receive a small commission on any order you place at no extra cost to you. New customers also automatically receive 10% off their first order! This affiliate link helps to support
Which methods of payment do you accept in your shop?
I accept payment via PayPal, debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay.
